In these terms, "you" and "your" refer to the customer and "we", "us" and "our" refer to OilPaintingBoutique.com

Order Acceptance
You certify that you have the copyright rights necessary for reproduction of any pictures you provide ( that the picture is in the public domain or that you have permission). You provide the right to us to reproduce the painting and any original photo on our website and for the purposes of promotion. The pictures on this website are of the paintings that we own. However, you must take into account that the view of your computer screen can cause a slight distortion of the colors. Also when we receive more than one unit of the same painting there is always a small difference between each of them. The oil paintings on OilPaintingBoutique.com are hand made and therefore some variation is always a possibility.

Disclaimer
At OilPaintingBoutique.com the reproductions are made by hand. We examine the works that we acquire very carefully. We make sure that our reproductions contain the same brushstrokes and techniques used by the original artist. However, since the paintings are made by hand and are not computer generated there is always a slight variation between the reproduction and the original. Due to the fact that our paintings are not a print and entirely hand-painted and not computerized, the reproductions are very similar to the original, as displayed on our website. They cannot be categorized as exact, one-to-one (1:1) reproductions. We make no guarantees of exactness, as it contradicts the very nature of hand-painted oils. We paint derivative works on customers' behalf based on photographs provided by the customer or stock images of public domain masterpieces. Our paintings are not photographic reproductions and will differ from the original in size, signature, brushtrokes and other details. Responsibility to ensure that the image is in the public domain, use is within fair use provisions or that any copyright permissions required have been granted remains with the customer.

Price & Delivery
The price you will pay for the goods is the price in the email confirmation. Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, warranties and understandings between the parties and constitutes the entire Agreement between them relating to its subject matter. Nothing said or any representation made by any employee, including but not limited to our telesales staff, should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions of the sale or as an authorised representation about the goods provided. Our disclaimer of liability shall include but not be limited to misleading and untrue representations but shall not include fraudulent misrepresentations.

Unforeseen Delays
If there will be a considerable delay, due to weather, painting issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the we may call or e-mail to notify you about the status of your order.

If any part of this terms of service is deemed unenforceable it shall be considered omitted and the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force.
