We know our amazing prices are enough to excite you, but our FREE Shipping Policy will really blow you away. It's our biggest offer yet! While our advertising dollars are well-spent, we're firm believers in word-of-mouth. We’ve decided to cut down our spending on our advertising campaigns and pass on those dollars to you instead.

Our unframed paintings that are in stock are shipped within 24hrs. All other paintings take one week (7 days) to paint (All other paintings take 3 to 4 weeks to paint). Some paintings – larger or very complex pieces, for example, or those with very thick texture – might take longer to complete. The painting is not in stock shall be emailed to the customer for approval. Please let us know if you have a deadline to meet. These oil paintings are well worth the wait as there are no others that can match the outstanding color depth, texture, rich detail and magnificent style of our beautiful hand-painted art oil paintings.

Due to the caliber of the product, we take extra care to ship it to you safely. If you choose to frame your painting, it is packaged in bubble wrap. If you choose not to frame your painting, your painting will be wrapped in light plastic and then placed in a very durable shipping tube for protection.

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping to ship the oil paintings to USA, Canada, UK, Japan, Australia and some most other countries no matter how many paintings you order. Your order to be delivered by Express Courier of your local Postal Service is recommended, signature will be required on delivery. We ship to most international destinations via local postal service. For example, our items will be delivered by USPS in the USA, Canada Post in the Canada, ParcelForce in the UK, Japan Post in the Japan, Australian Post in the Australia. The delivery would take up to 5-7 business days (from the painting is finished), and the tracking info is available online. The painting with the frame is 8-12KG. In fact we pay over $100 for the shipping though we state free shipping and it could not been refunded.

Delivery Notice Email with Delivery tracking number and tracking website will be sent to your registered email address after your order is processed for the local Postal Service, you will be able to track the delivery within 2 business days after the notice. Please keep an eye on the tracking info in case of possible delivery problems.

For your safety, all our packages are shipped signature required. You will need to be home to sign for the package. If you do not want to have to stay home for the package, you may choose to upgrade to overnight delivery, which is guaranteed by 10:30 AM. If you are not home, the package will not be left at your door. A note will be left to inform you when they will come again to deliver your package. Alternatively, you can call the local Postal Service to arrange a drop-off time.

When you receive any delivery from us please ask to sign for it you are supposed to check the delivery before signing.
