OilPaintingBoutique.com wants all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. We work hard to provide you with the best customer experience by offering museum quality oil paintings and unbeatable service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will try our best to resolve the matter and ensure that your experience with us is a positive one. The return policy does not apply to customized orders. There are no returns for special and custom sized orders.

Disclaimer
At OilPaintingBoutique.com the reproductions are made by hand. We examine the works that we acquire very carefully. We make sure that our reproductions contain the same brushstrokes and techniques used by the original artist. However, since the paintings are made by hand and are not computer generated there is always a slight variation between the reproduction and the original. Due to the fact that our paintings are not a print and entirely hand-painted and not computerized, the reproductions are very similar to the original, as displayed on our website. They cannot be categorized as exact, one-to-one (1:1) reproductions. We make no guarantees of exactness, as it contradicts the very nature of hand-painted oils. The pictures on our website are of the paintings that we own. However, you must take into account that the view of your computer screen can cause a slight distortion of the colors. Also when we receive more than one unit of the same painting there is always a small difference between each of them. The oil paintings on OilPaintingBoutique.com are hand made and therefore some variation is always a possibility.

Return for Exchange
By making a purchase from our website you are agreeing with our policy. You need to pay for the shipping back to us. The painting with the frame is 8-12KG and the one without the frame is 1.5KG. In fact we have paid $50-$200 for the shipping though we state free shipping and it could not been refunded. Any item we made a mistake will be exchanged at no shipping charge to you. All paintings must be returned in their original box or tube. But we will not refund/exchange items if are not satisfied with your purchase nor if you don’t like how they fit you etc.

Return for Refund
All money will be refunded to you if your purchase is out of stock. If you are not completely satisfied with your art and we agree with your return request you are welcome to return it within 7 days for a refund of the purchase price (refund does not include shipping, if applicable). After we return the refund, an email with details will be sent to you.

Delivery Costs
The painting with the frame is 8-12KG and the one without the frame is 1.5KG. In fact we have paid $50-$200 for the shipping though we state free shipping and it could not been refunded. The customer is liable for all return postage costs unless this is agreed in some durable form by a representative. In the instance postage is not charged on an order and the item is returned, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of postage from the refund.
