Are the oil paintings made by a computer or are they hand made?
The oil paintings on this website are entirely hand made. They are not machine generated. Individual artists make these paintings. Brush stroke by brush stroke these artists duplicate masterpieces that belong in some of the worlds greatest museums.

We have over 300 painters at this time. The painters we work with are highly qualified and talented artists. They have perfected their expertise through years of formal study and many more years of full-time painting. We sell direct from our website to the customer and cut out the middleman. The paintings are not come from from authorized dealers or respected industry wholesalers/distributors as the other websites and local gallery. It helps us obtain scale effects and realize the intensive operation. So we pass the huge savings on to you.

How much do you charge for Sales Tax?
We DO NOT charge any sales tax on orders shipping anywhere as an online store.

What sizes can I order?
Because each oil painting is individually commissioned, we can be very flexible to meet your needs. While we only display standard sizes for any painting on our site, you may order any size that you wish.

If I order a painting with a frame would I get the painting framed and ready to hang on my wall?
YES. When you order both a frame and a painting we stretch your painting on stretcher bars. Then we frame the painting and put all the necessary hardware for you to hang your painting on your wall.

Can I order my painting unframed?
Yes you can. It is your choice if you would like OilPaintingBoutique.com to frame your painting or if you would like to order an unframed painting. If you just order a painting without the frame we would roll the canvas and ship it to you in a tube. You would save about $80 to $300 buying your painting framed with us when compared to having your local frame shop frame it.

What precautions are taken to ship the painting safely to the customer?
Due to the caliber of the product, we take extra care to ship it to you safely. If you choose to frame your painting, it is packaged in bubble wrap . If you choose not to frame your painting, your painting will be wrapped in light plastic and then placed in a very durable shipping tube for protection.

Do you sell worldwide? How much?
Yes, we accept international orders. We offer FREE shipping on all orders to destinations all around the world.

How long will it take for me to receive my painting?
Our unframed paintings that are in stock are shipped within 24hrs. All other paintings take one week to paint(All other paintings take 3 to 4 weeks to paint). Some paintings – larger or very complex pieces, for example, or those with very thick texture – might take longer to complete. Please let us know if you have a deadline to meet. These oil paintings are well worth the wait as there are no others that can match the outstanding color depth, texture, rich detail and magnificent style of our beautiful hand-painted art reproductions. Although we employ your local post company(For example: US - USPS / Canada - Canada Post / UK - Parcelforce / Australia - Auspost) to deliver the items, due to high volume of orders we receive everyday, please allow 5-7 working days (from the painting is finished) to receive your merchandise.

Does the reproduction look exactly like the original?
At OilPaintingBoutique.com the reproductions are made by hand. We examine the works that we acquire very carefully. We make sure that our reproductions contain the same brushstrokes and techniques used by the original artist. However, since the paintings are made by hand and are not computer generated there is always a slight variation between the reproduction and the original.

Can your artists produce any paintings?
Our artists are usually able to create custom paintings upon your request. This is especially true of paintings by artists that are already present on our site, but whose entire catalog is not displayed.

How can I pay for the paintings?
We accept Paypal payment and Visa/Master Credit card payment now.

If I am not satisfied with my painting what can I do?
Our products are of the highest quality, and we are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly in size and quality. The painting with the frame is 8-12KG. In fact we pay over $100 for the shipping though we state free shipping and it could not been refunded. If for some reason you are not happy with the painting you've purchase and we agree with it, you may return it or exchange it within 7 days in its original condition and packaging and we will refund your money less shipping and handling. Please advise us immediately if the painting comes damaged or if there is any physical problem with the painting. The return policy does not apply to customized orders. There are no returns for custom sized orders and the painting with a frame.
